STERK HELSE
Sterk Helse is an independent fitness center chain, situated in the semi-sunken base of Quality Hotel Haselinie. To make the space inviting for a wide range of customers, the interior concept balances the rough look of raw materials with warmer and more luxurious choice of furniture. The main spaces for individual exercise and group sessions are given twice the ceiling height and generous floor areas to achieve an airy experience. The full glass façade towards the street allows for daylight to reach deep into the plan while also exposing the interior activity to the street in the evening.

The generous space provides both enclosed zones and group rooms as well as visual connections from the reception throughout the space and all the way to the treadmill in the end of the cardio room. The three separated group rooms provide three unique facilities with different atmosphere and material palette. Here one can find the weight training room with a long spanning concrete wall with a large variation of weightlifting facilities and dumbbells. The room is used for kid’s classes and high-level activities, speed and power.

Furthermore, one finds the calm and southing yoga room, with delicate bright colours and fabric, and a complex heating-and cooling system to provide for hot Bikram yoga classes and mediation. The premium room for cardio room provides an exclusive offer where premium members can offer a private zone with high level equipment, unique light conditions and a secluded room for small or large group training/classes.

The reception is welcoming and generous with a small-scale kitchen, hang out area and lockers for storage when entering the main entrance. The mezzanine level provides an overview of the gym and common facilities.

LOCKER ROOMS
