HAGEBYEN
Private development 2011- Hagebyen (Gardenvillage) will be a residential area primarily developed for families with children. All units have a private garden and the area is completely free from cars. The units are connected through a network of paths and drivable access routes that can be used for loading, service and emergency vehicles. The area consists of 42 buildings with all together 140 units. The typologies vary primarily between row houses, villas and universally designed apartments. The houses will have modern appearance with simple straight forward detailing in contrast to the romantic garden design which features fruit trees, lush and “wild” plantations with open surfaced waterways.
